After learning about it from svimmelhet, I have joined the "101 Things in 1001 Days" mission. It's pretty self-explanatory: You write down 101 things that you would like to accomplish within 1001 days, which is just shy of three years' time - any small or large personal goal of yours, as long as it has tangible or visible results that you can clearly check off of a list. For more information, you can go to mission101.

So here is my list! It took me a couple of weeks just to get it all figured out, actually, so that's why the start date is the 12th.

Here are all of the things I have already done or started on:

1. Take a road trip with my husband. 17 Jan 09
8. Visit Big Sur. 17 Jan 09
19. Make an effort to like Korean food (suggest it for dinner, try more dishes etc). I have been suggesting it lately for food but Tommy's never in the mood for it.
30. Read three books set in Afghanistan (0/3). Started reading A Thousand Splendid Suns
37. Watch 5 documentaries on things I don't know enough about (1/5). Eyes Wide Open
53. Paint the canvases and hang them on our walls. His&Hers done (we still have the "I love you" in different languages and two more)
63. Work out at least 3 times a week while working at Curves unless sick (3/34[?]).
65. Play tennis with my husband at least once a month (1/34). Jan
67. Drink only water, juice, or milk at every breakfast.
71. Organize every email in my hotmail inbox (delete/move to properly designated folder). Done! 71 pages organized 27 Jan 09
73. Go back and tag all LJ entries during the period I stopped. 340 entries so far...
74. Tag every new livejournal post if applicable.
97. Donate 100,000 grains of rice at FreeRice.com (8,850/100,000).

this weekend just... owned. technically it's all bonus after tulsa, but now i've done a couple more things that are just so omgamazing that after every one, i say "i could die right now and be done with everything." then something else happens.
